I have been personal training and helping people achieve their goals for over two years. I also have experience in weight management, strength training, circuit training, kettlebell workouts and fitness boxing.
I have a strong passion for health, fitness and everything that comes with being a personal trainer. I love to get new challenges and to help new people achieve their own goals all while I focus on my very own fitness journey.
